Heat Pump Technical Advisor
SEAI have introduced a new grant for Heat Pump installation. If you are thinking of upgrading your heating system to a more energy efficient and modern renewable technology, why not avail of this new Grant? An assessment will have to be conducted prior to applying for the Grant in order determine if a Heat Pump is suitable for your home. There is also an SEAI grant worth 200 euro for a Heat Pump feasibility study before deciding to purchase a Heat Pump. Sustainable Energy

Sound Testing
Sound Testing is now mandatory for all new builds that work has commenced on or after the 1 July 2015. The Sound test is required for New Build Semi-detached dwellings & Apartments , but also for new extensions that might be attached to another existing building.
